White Label Portal
Introduction
The White Label Portal allows your customers to have access to much of the Zapappi portal functionality. Your customers will have direct access to Zapappi products: numbering, porting, trunks, Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams, contacts, and SMS. This gives them ability to perform actions quickly and at their convenience, and reduces your support burden.
Products let the customer view their own assets, see information such as stats and logs, as well as access a limited set of configuration options. The documentation below displays the features that are available for each product and how to use them.
