Introduction

The Instance and Instance Group sections of the Zapappi Carrier Connect Platform are used for creating and managing Instances and Instance Groups connected to a Zapappi account. 

Instances are servers for running a Carrier Connect instance and must be requested. The Carrier Connect platform through the portal makes it easy to create a request for individual instances. Each instance is required to be contained within an Instance Group, with each group having the ability to contain multiple Instances. This makes it easy to set up for greater resilience against issues on individual instances, or for balancing load-balancing.
