Purchasing Numbers

Introduction

Purchasing numbers through Zapappi's number platform is straightforward process.

Guide

1. Navigate to the Numbering Platform dashboard. This can be found through 'Products → Numbers' link in the navigation.
2. Under the 'Common Tasks' heading on the right-hand side. Click the 'Purchase Numbers' button.
   
3. From here you'll be given a couple of options to select, Country and Number Type. For country, choose from one of the countries.
   
   
4. For Number type, you'll have four options: Geographic (numbers that are specific to a town or city location in the UK), National (numbers that are not specific to a region), Mobile (mobile numbers) and Freephone (free to call from a landlines and mobiles). Select the one that is appropriate for your usage.
   
5. Another option will appear after Country and Number Type have been selected with specific values relating to your choice. Select the one that is appropriate for your usage.
   
6. The sequential numbers option is how many numbers you wish to purchase, and subscription is the subscription you wish to be charged from.
   
7. Select a contact for associating the number with.
   
   
   
8. Select a subscription to pay with and add a description.
9. You'll then be given a table of costs and terms and conditions to agree to. When you're ready, click the 'Complete Purchase' button.
