Purchasing Fixed Channels

Introduction

A guide on how to purchase fixed channels through the Zapappi Numbering Platform.

Guide

1. Navigate to the Numbering Platform dashboard. This can be found through 'Products → Numbers' link in the navigation.
2. On the 'Fixed Channels' page, found on the left-hand menu. Click the 'Purchase Channels' button.
   
3. The first option is Channel Group. For a new set of channels, select 'New Channel Group' or to add it to an existing group, select an option from the dropdown.
   
4. Select the Country to buy channels from.
   
5. To associate the channels with number(s), select them in the Numbers dropdown.
   
6.  Select the Quantity of fixed channels to purchase.
   
7. Select the Subscription to charge the channels to.
   
8. If new channel group, Enter a Description for the new channel group.
   
9.  The page will refresh with the pricing for numbers and an option to purchase the channels. Click confirm to purchase the channels.
